The 4Motion - German Engineering in 2005 Was a cut Above Today!
This is a very rare car in original condition that has been maintained
to a very high level and is found in full working order, its not just a
good car it is an utter joy to drive and use. Strong reputation for
reliability and excellent engineering are contributing factors in its
success. As a car to drive and live with, the addition of the 4MOTION
technology asks for no extra input or maintenance from the driver,
operating in front-wheel drive mode for the vast majority of the time.
It is only when low grip conditions are encountered that the system
distributes more power to the rear wheels, which brings benefits in
terms of economy and simplicity. The added major benefit of this car
is the creamy delivery of the 8 cylinder power, spread over a wide
torque band, its a unit that begs to be driven and its rather vocal,
it sounds amazing. Its a well known fact that German cars built circa
1997 to 2006 were of a far higher quality that today.
High grade Jap import from June 2017 and with the one fastidious owner
since. Complete with three factory folding remote keys, and full book pack.
The MOT is valid until August 2027. The load cover is present as is a
boot protector, note the blue protective film from new in the boot.
The whole car wears its original paintwork, its never been touched, and with
such a low mileage presents like dare I say it a new car in many areas.

Service Information - 9 Dealer Service Stamps
No faults apparent. It has not been compromised. Clutch and gearbox
perfect, as are brakes and suspension components. I have fitted a new
battery and also had the alternator professionally refurbished at quite
a cost, I did this because I was not prepared to compromise the car with
a cheap aftermarket alternative, this way the proper part has been
overhauled.
Condition - Virtually unblemished
To be found in absolutely superb condition for a vehicle of this age.
The cabin remains completely untouched such are the durability of the
superior materials used in the build process. Crucially in full working
order throughout. The paint has a deep wet look glossy finish and it
stands out on road with real presence. Amongst the finest looking used
Passat's of this age available, a car to be proud of with almost zero
negatives.
Wheels & Tyres - Matching
All four tyres are well shod and are a matching set. Wheels retain a
beautiful finish with virtually no marks having been professionally
refinished at a cost of over £600.
