I commissioned the build of a few Norvin's, the bikes are new, not used
parts, I have them in Tunbridge Wells Kent England, near London and
ready for sale....... Iam not a dealer.
Iam the registered owner of the bike's with the V5 so it would be sold as a used bike, technically, the bike is registered as Vincent/ Norvins with matching numbers.
This equipment I am told is very good value, so buy today, why not.
