1942 62 Series Cadillac Club Coupe. Body number 24 of a 'possible' 515 built, it left the factory on 14th November 1941 (just 3 weeks before Pearl Harbor). Amazing condition throughout. This car has never had rust or rust repairs. The underneath of the body has never been undercoated or painted. It has all the original body and panels underneath the car in near mint condition. It is as dry and rust free as they come. Showing just under 12, 000 miles which may well be correct. Die cast and chrome is in fantastic condition with no damage and very light patina.
This car must be one of the rarest Cadillac's in existence. 515 were said to have been built but we doubt that number is correct. We know of only three other 62 Series Club Coupes in existence. If anyone does have information of another, we would love to hear about it.
