EXTERIOR
The Black paintwork is in excellent condition on this MG Maestro. The whole car looks very fresh and the paint shines beautifully and it is free from rust. It is evident that this example has been looked after, with the paintwork having a lovely depth of shine and looking fresh for the age. There is no rust, blemishes or scratches. Likewise, all light lenses and trim retain a fresh appearance.
INTERIOR
The Silver-Grey cloth is in brilliant condition. The carpet, trim, switches are all free of wear and are very fresh looking. The interior is in lovely original condition, with the seats being unworn and still retain a lovely lustre. The seat bolsters are just as great and are free from any scuffs or sagging. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found. The carpets do not suffer from any wear and are unworn throughout.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This MG is powered by a 2. 0-litre unit, mated to a manual gearbox and performs as it should. The car idles beautifully and drives extremely well for the age. The engine bay is completely original throughout and has been given a clean. This now results in an engine bay with a fresh appearance throughout.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The wheel caps are in great condition, and are shod in a matching set of Michelin tyres all-round with good tread.
HISTORY
This MG Maestro was first registered in August 1987 and comes with old MOTs, owner’s handbook and spare keys. This particular example has a detailed printout clearly stating what has been carried out on this vehicle from new right up until now. This is now only 1 of 31 cars licenced in the UK and is ready to be enjoyed on our roads.
