This car is in excellent overall condition and in fact, is one of the best we have seen for a long time – plus it isn’t going to break the bank. It is very standard in specification with only three deviations – the nylon striped seats have been replaced with leather, rear fog lights have been fitted and it has electric ignition, otherwise the car is as it left the factory. It had a major rebuild in the 1990s and the structure of the car is excellent with good panel fit all round. The paintwork finish is very good, although there are one or two blemishes, which you would expect for a car that was rebuilt over 25 years ago. Underneath the bonnet is good – nice and clean and tidy, as is the whole underside of the car. It drives superbly, with sprightly performance from its Ivor Searle engine, good oil pressure, no overheating. Brakes, tyres and exhaust are all good. Only 88, 000 miles from new, 4 owners in total.
