** Restoration Project** 1972 T2 Camper Van Bay Window Dormobile
This T2 runs smoothly and drives very well as it should. The current mileage is just over 72, 000 miles from new and there are lots of previous MOT certificates to support the mileage back to 1995.
The body work is in need of attention and a full respray would be required as well as a new front valance. We have inspected the underneath of the vehicle and everything is solid and as it should be.
The interior has a unit including hob gas cooker and sink as well as cupboards. It also has a fold out double bed and a pop up roof which aside from needing a clean is in a usable condition.
The vehicle was last MOT'd in 2013 and has been off the road since and would need to have service items replaced as well as the cosmetic repairs to the body.
This is a full restoration project and is sold as seen with no warranty implied. It would be a great project and not too difficult to restore for someone with the resources to do so. It will be a lovely van again when finished! The van is also tax exempt.
