VEHICLE SPECIFICS
This is a vehicle which we really wanted to restore ourselves but due to having too many projects, we now are letting it go!
This Golf GTI 16v has only covered 98, 000 miles from new, and has only 3 previous owners. It has been stored since 2004. It has the very rare and desirable genuine BBS editon kit and Zender spoiler, genuine Treser Heckblende rear lights and 15" BBS RA alloy wheels. The interior is original with the exeption of the leather steering wheel and the condition of the interior is good. The seats are not ripped and the headlining is all as it should be. The exterior is what will need resotration and the car is in need of a full respray.
The vehicle has been stored in our warehouse since 2014 and has not been driven since then but when we connected the battery it does run and drive. We have just given the car a service and replaced the timing belt. The receipt for this will also be with the vehicle when sold.
The service book has been lost for the vehicle but it is hpi clear and the report is included with the car. This is a hard to come by vehicle these days and is a real 80's head turner! It's a real shame we haven't had the time to complete it but we would love to see it finished!
