ABANDONED PROJECT: 1963 Lambretta S3 Li 125. I believe this Lambretta was UK (Northern Ireland) registered since new. It bears the registration number '2209 JZ'. I do not have the original log-book. I have not done much digging other than ring DVLA, Swansea. They indicated it was not currently on their system, however, DVLA previously had an office locally. So, needs registered or re-registered under original reg (if you know how). I have recent LCGB dating certificate in my name. I believe the frame and engine numbers are as rolled off production line Frame 125LI3* 073* and engine 125LI* 072*. Engine not seized. Scooter is solid with surface rust only. No rot. Nil. Straight as an arrow. Corner broken off horn cast (don't have missing piece). Piece broken off front hub - but I'm including another hub too. Everything else for scooter is present, sound and correct. Headset internals all present. All threads are spot on. Reassemble and ride OR restore. This was a 'dealer special. The paint is 100% original. Also included is new flywheel, set of cables, rear shock, front fork springs, brake shoes, stainless fixing set and a few other little bits and pieces.
