The Stunning Jaguar XF Was The Direct Replacement For The Much Loved Jaguar S Type Model, With The Castle Bromwich Factory Showcasing This Totally Radical New Design At The Frankfurt Motor Show In 2007. This New Offering Was To Become Another Great Successful Chapter For The Manufacturer, As Buyers Now Had An Up To Date Jaguar Cat That Would Threaten The Likes Of The BMW 5 Series And The Mercedes Benz E Class, With A Total Package Offering New And Old Jaguar Buyers Stereotypical Elegant Jaguar Design, High End Luxurious Refinements And World Renowned Technology. Like All Other Manufacturers, Jaguar Wanted To Also Include As Part Of Their Line Up, A Powerful Big Petrol Version And In The January Of 2009 At The Detroit's North American International Auto Show, The XFR Was Born. This High Power Luxury Saloon Had Fitted A Monstrous Five Litre V8 Super Charged Engine Which Produced A Huge Brake Horse Power Of 510 BHP, That Would Accelerate The Driver And Four Passengers Comfortably From 0-62 MPH In Just 4. 7 Seconds, With A Limited Top Speed Of 155 MPH. These Figures Should Have Been More Than Enough To Please Those Individuals That Wanted Staggering Levels Of Performance, But Still At The Time Of Build, Jaguar Also Offered The Very Expensive And Highly Desirable Factory Option Of The Speed Package, Which Increased The Top Speed To A Whopping Limited 174 MPH.
