Made in USA.
2-stroke single Cylinder 340 cc SACHS engine.
This is NOT a conventional offroad motorcycle;
– Hydraulic disk brakes front&rear.
– Kim Tab mag wheels.
– Pull starter.
– Automatic and no clutch = no gears to strip and no clutch to slip.
Fantastically engineered, ways ahead of the major motorcycle manufacturers.
Perhaps overengineered for its time, hence the scarcecity.
And it’s fast and dangerous, do NOT twist the throttle while engine is running idle in the pitlane.
Very few, if any left in Europe.
Imported new in Belgium by official SHELBY dealer in the early seventies.
Motorcycle is in excellent condition and although little used, has new piston, bearings, seals, carb,
brake pads etc, All original.
Still has original CARLILE front tire fitted, rear original CARLILE tire also available.
Comes with Belgian registration and Tittle. + Owners manual.
