Reprising a name stretching back to the 1950s, the Bentley Continental of 2003 was differentiated from its predecessors by the use of GT coupe and GTC cabriolet badging. By the time this second-generation GTC rolled off the Crewe production line in 2012, the Continental’s continent-crushing credentials had been firmly established, augmented with an increasingly comprehensive array of standard technology.
 
This GTC is finished in Glacier White with complementary Linen two-tone trim, having been sold by a Bentley dealership in central London and serviced for much of its life at a garage in Hampshire. Past service invoices provide a comprehensive picture of all the maintenance and replacements, as well as the car’s gradually increasing mileage, now standing just below 60,000.
 
The owner reports the engine as “sweet and sounding nice”, while the vehicle apparently “drives like new”. The underside appears to be clean and well-maintained while the engine bay looks immaculate and the electrically folding soft-top folds away neatly and has a clean headliner. The interior appears to be in excellent condition, from the dials and chromework to the diamond-stitched leather door cards and mesh wind deflector behind the front seats. Even the carpets and floor mats look in good order, especially considering the car’s age and mileage, particularly in the boot.
