1990 Jaguar XJS V12 Automatic Convertible. Signal Red with Magnolia leather upholstery, black electric hood and tonneau cover. The XJS is now a highly respected grand-touring classic, with the best examples seeing an upsurge in values over the last few years thanks to increased demand. In both six-cylinder and V12 guises, it offers effortless performance, impressive refinement and a great all-round driving experience. This XJS was supplied new on 7th November 1990 to Mr Cuthbert by Dunham & Haines Ltd, Jaguar Daimler main dealers. The car has covered just 84, 000 miles from new throughout its life, some 32 years and has been cherished by its owners during this time. An amazing history folder containing the original dealer wallet containing all handbooks, service book and PDi, the service book containing no less than 21 stamps, the last less than 1, 000 miles ago. Also a huge collection of old mot certificates, bills and invoices dating back many years. Only available now due to the last keepers advancing years who has lovingly cared for it during his tenure. In what we regard as the best colour combination the paintwork has a lovely lustre and the leather showing minimal wear for the age. The power hood working correctly and in beautiful condition. Mechanically the car performs very well and the V12 effortlessly takes this big cat along the lanes with comfort and style. In 2008 an LPG upgrade was added allowing the cost of motoring to significantly lower. If preferred you can just continue to use petrol only.
