Just arrived at South Norfolk Classics.
1951 MG TD finished in MG Red with Black interior.
Just four owner from new, the second owner purchased this fabulous TD in 1960 and kept it 39 years up until 1999 when it was sold to a Mr Jordan in Suffolk who had the car nut and bolt restored including renewing the ash frame.
Mr Jordan was sadly diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and could no longer drive the car so in 2016 we purchased the car and then sold it to our customer in Chichester who has only done just 26 miles in it firstly due to having two new knees and then hit with lockdown and now sadly at 94 years young he felt that he would no longer be able to drive the car.
We have now fully recommissioned this outstanding car and it runs superb.
Amongst the paperwork there is an invoice dated 1960 when the second owner purchased it, there are old V5 registration documents as well as the original Green log book and plenty of older invoices.
The TD comes with full weather gear, side windows, folding hood and full tonneau cover.
