Dodge nomneclature was most confusing during the '30s and '40s as it would change the names of its models constantly to meet ever-changing marketing objectives. Somewhat misleadingly, the "DeLuxe" was the lowest trim level of its full-size car while the "Custom" was the top of the tree. We have a fine example of the latter here, a 1948 Dodge Custom Coupé.
We're informed that it was originally supplied to Europe, later making its way to Columbia and now back on the Continent.
