A rare family heirloom passed down through three generations
Kept in a garage for over 20 years
Complete bodywork restoration carried out 25 years ago
One of the very first Mercedes models with electric windows, air locks and air suspension
The Plus
The Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL represents the pinnacle of German automotive engineering in the late 1960s, combining refined design with technology that was far ahead of its time. This 1968 example has a touching family history, having been passed down from generation to generation since it was bought new - from the current owner's grandparents, to his father (who used it for his wedding), to the family company.
Stored safely in a garage for over two decades, this Mercedes is a veritable time capsule. It benefits from a complete restoration of the bodywork carried out 25 years ago and retains a series of luxury features from the era: electric windows, central locking and air suspension and automatic gearbox.IMG_5655 Antoine Roch (1).jpeg4.76 MB
