The Appeal

A later 1975 car, hence the “2000 GTV” model designation, JHU 427N is a truly remarkable example of the esteemed model. The Mechanics

Being a later car this has a slightly more developed variant of the 2.0 litre Alfa twin cam engine; reported to make around 131bhp
The engine in this particular example has undergone extensive overhauling as part of its restoration
As such the Alfa now stands in great overall mechanical order, with a delightful engine and crisp manual gearbox
The car starts and drives well with the vendor speaking very highly of the cars road holding and general performance
Replacement Dellorto 40 DHLA carbs were sourced for the car in 2019
