The Appeal
Designed with equal levels of nostalgia and innovation, the XK8 was a pretty remarkable way for Jaguar to step into the final years of the 20th century. With its open-mouthed front end and chamfered tail, there was a lot of the E-Type in the new car, and plenty of character to boot. The car was intended to take the fight to Aston Martin, and it's fair to say that these rather luxurious roadsters have become a bonafide modern classic - universally accepted and universally beloved.
