The Appeal
Creating a new Jag in the 21st century must have been quite the imposing task. Riding a legacy of exceptional cars and meeting a brave new world of technological advancement and stringent emission regulations, they took on the second generation of the XK Tourer and decided to make some pretty enormous changes.
Visually, the car still boasted the nostalgic Sayer-inspired nose of its predecessor - but this was quite a tectonic shift in other departments. The advanced all-aluminium bodywork means it weighs in at about 200lbs lighter than the X100. Needless to say, as a result, it's pretty fast on its feet!

This 2008 example boasts in dark metallic blue livery over a black leather interior and has been garage-kept since the current owner purchased it in 2023. With recent mechanical attention including replacement of the rear disc pads, track rod, and heater fan control module, this XK appears to be well-maintained and looks ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
