Description
This Daimler has just come to us direct from the previous owner of 20 years. As can be seen in the pictures it has been updated with series 3 bumpers, lights etc. we do have the original series 2 bumpers and lights that will come with it. It is fitted with with 4 speed manual overdrive gearbox
Bodywork wise it is very presentable with just a couple of flaws that have been pictured. From what we can see mot wise it will require a couple of fairly straight forward welding repairs, one of which is a sill end in wheel arch. Please do look at previous mot history for more details.
The interior really needs returning to an original colour and specification in our opinion but it’s usable enough. Engineers wise it starts first time every time and drives very well in the short road test we did. It has manual choke conversion to alleviate the aed issues
All in all a straightforward project car. We would welcome any inspection or we can send more detail and pictures of any area upon request it comes with a fairly large history file of old mots, bills for previous work and parts purchased, together with the current v5
