motodrome offer for sale this exceptional 1998 Land Rover Defender 90 300TDi County Station Wagon 7 seater, finished in Chawton White with contrasting cloth trim.
This one is from the last year of 300TDi production.
It has the usual high County spec including full CSW interior trim etc, 7 seats sunroof, rear seat belts and power steering, and alloys (shod with a matching set of near new Continental cross-contact tyres)
Unusually, this one is also fitted with air conditioning.
Further upgrades include: genuine Land Rover soft front A bar with auxiliary lamps, light guards all round, chequerplate kit, full-length sidesteps, NAS rear step with integrated towpack, full-length lowline roofrack with rear access ladder, and mudflaps all round.
Inside it has a modern JVC stereo with DAB capability.
Earlier this year a new speedo was fitted and now shows 200 miles – we believe the overall mileage is around 115000 but we’re selling it as ‘mileage known incorrect’ to avoid any misunderstandings. .
Since 2015, it’s been both owned and maintained by a local well-respected Land Rover specialist, and some of the work carried out by him includes (but not limited to) the following:
• Full servicing
• 4 new tyres
• New front brake calipers and pads
• New front bumper and end caps
• New lights
• New rear door
• New rear crossmember with extensions
• New propshaft and shock absorbers

Being a factory 300TDi version, it nips along nicely with good punch from the Turbodiesel motor, and it drives faultlessly.
In my opinion, it’s one of the nicest 300TDi County station wagons I’ve ever had in stock, and needs nothing but a new owner who’s going to continue to care for it in the manner to which it’s accustomed.
