motodrome offer for sale this 2011 Land Rover Defender 90 TDCi X-tech limited edition Hardtop (Bowler S80) finished in Zermatt Silver with Black roof.
The X-tech limited edition is/ was basically XS Specification, but only available in Silver, with black chequerplate to the wingtops and silver insert on the dash centre.
Hence it has aircon, heated seats, heated screen, abs/ tc, half leather, and padded cubbybox, along with the usual electric windows and remote alarmed locking.
It’s also fitted with SVX-style front light treatment, KBX colour-coded grille, KBX wing vents, billet aluminium bonnet and door hinges, clear rear lights, NAS rear step, and mudflaps all round.
Inside it has grey alcantara headlining, dog guard, load area matting, and Alpine stereo with USB port.
However, the performance of this one shows it’s provenance. There are many Defender ‘improvers’ out there who will either fit it with a performance chip, and/ or make it look like a footballer’s car, but few if any have the motorsport heritage of Bowler. In 2014/ 15 the then owner sent it to Bowler for a full conversion to fast road spec, including:
• Bowler stage II power upgrade including uprated turbo, intercooler, and rally exhaust system
• Bowler fast road suspension system
• Bowler big brake kit
• Momo alcantara steering wheel
• Bowler gear selector kit
• Bowler 18in alloys (shod with a matching set of 5 BFG All-terrain Baja Champions)
• . Bowler protection pack including front bumper, steering guard and sill protectors.
• Official Bowler build plaque – number S80
Odometer reading under 76000 miles from new in the hands of 2 former keepers, and comes with history including replacement service book with 5 stamps in it (all main dealer bar the last one at 72078m, invoices and correspondence from Bowler for the work done and additional servicing, and the original book pack

Overall, an awesome Defender – driving it is a revelation if you’re used to standard ones.
