BMW launched the 3. 0 CS model in 1971 with the new Borg Warner(Automatic) transmission and rear wheel disc brakes.
The 3. 0 CS was available with manual or automatic transmissions both versions with 2985cc and 180bhp. The CSA cars were first imported in March 1972
