Not quite a classic, but definitely 'pre-modern' & built really solidly and you can see the engine! The same sweet sixteen valve 1332cc injected twin-cam as used in the much larger Corolla, so yes she will go! Underrated by most these are superb minis and unless you are a boy-racer or wannabe rally driver handles way more than adequately. Mine is the 'top-of-the-range' GLS Auto, so yes mpg isn't up to the levels of modern cars, squeezing a quart from the proverbial pint pot & built light... (& flimsy?) 140, 125 on the clock so you'll find ones with lower mileage for sure... hence my sensible price. Actually low for a 24 year old car but genuine and verifiable with MOT's back to when I bought her 15 years ago. One former keeper, other than family members (showing as 3 on V5). Well maintained, regularly serviced, runs & drives superbly with no rattles or shakes. Downsizing to one larger vehicle from a classic van & car. Reg not included. New Reg now: S504JTR
