Vintage & Prestige Fine Motor Cars are proud to present this spectacular 1972 Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster LHD for sale. Delivered new to the USA, it was brought over to Europe in January 2000, and comes to us from Belgium today.
This E-Type V12 Roadster Left Hand Drive is finished in an unblemished black exterior, with a beautifully contrasting beige leather interior. Nesting comfortably in the footwells are a pair of matching semi-leather beige carpets. The roof is in very good order, and the chrome wire wheels (a factory option) are impeccable.
The 5. 3L V12 engine, originally developed for the Le Mans 24 Hours, starts without hindrance, and, with a little teasing of the choke, the car exhibits a very smooth and exhilarating driving experience. When the E-Type V12 was introduced in 1971, it could accelerate from 0-60mph in just 6. 8 seconds, at least a whole second quicker than its closest rivals, and with a top speed of 135mph was ultimately faster than most of them too.
Also accompanying this E-Type V12 Roadster LHD is a car cover and a completely original copy of the E-Type Series 3 V12 Workshop Manual.
