Oozing charm and character and with lovely patina, this super little Morris van is in excellent condition and is ideal for shows, or as an advertising medium – or even just for tootling about to the shops or the pub. It is an easy-to-own vehicle, well known in Morris circles, so with good back-up available from the various clubs and suppliers. Being an historic vehicle the road tax is free. It comes complete with V5C and continuation logbook dating back to 1950, all showing it registered as a light goods van, also a history file. It has been well restored and maintained during its recent history, including a fairly comprehensive restoration in the 1980s, which included renovation of the original bodywork – new wings were fitted at that time. The paintwork is good and the structure is all sound. The underneath is clean and tidy, and well greased. The internal woodwork is excellent. It starts on-the-button and runs along quite happily through its 3-speed gearbox. Lots of nice period fittings, including Boyce Motor Meter, wire wheels, which have recently been renovated, brass windscreen surround, advance and retard levers. Ready for immediate use.
