My much-loved Lexus GS450h SE has to go due to a change in job that means I work from home every day.
Until the job change it's taken me effortlessly 250 motorway miles, once a week from the Welsh Borders to Nottingham and back.

Fitted with the optional 5-spoke GS series alloys instead of the chrome and plastic 3-blade alloys that fall apart. They look better as well.

All VVTI camshaft variators and chain tensioners replaced (known problem on this engine type, but now fixed on this one).
Runs on the correct 0W20 hybrid engine oil and Toyota pink coolant.
Lexus engine valve spring recall done under Lexus warranty.
Recent brake pads.
No hybrid issues, it all works as it should.
Headlights professionally polished and sealed.
Recent full valet including clay bar and interior leather dressing.
Fitted with a Brodit mobile phone bracket
Factory fitted Bluetooth mobile phone hands free system.
Hardwired for dashcam. Can include the dashcam if needed.

Basic HPI check show no records of the car being stolen, scrapped, written-off, imported/ exported, number-plate change, or outstanding finance. (copy of report available on request).

Please not that this example does not have the radar cruise control or the dynamic anti-roll bars. They are well known problem areas and I went out of my way to find one without these troublesome systems.

Bad bits:
Now and again, I get a code and warning light for a post-cat O2 sensor which lasts for a while and then goes off again. Both post-cat sensors have been replaced but it still does it.
The TPMS warning light comes on now and again. I use a laptop with Lexus software to reset it. Maybe the wheel sensors need replacing, but I just check the tyre pressures regularly.
Some scratches and scuffs in line with the age and mileage of the car.
Some loss of paint lacquer in patches from the front bumper and the bonnet (see the photo).
Some marks under the front bumper/ splitter.
A chip in the front windscreen that's not spreading or an MOT item.
The alloys are straight. Some kerbing marks but no chunks missing.
A repaired tear in the base of the passenger seat (see photo).
The car is located in postcode SY22 5HZ near Welshpool and Oswestry in the beautiful Welsh Borders.
90 minutes from J10 of the M6, within easy reach of Manchester and the West Midlands.
Mainline railway station at Welshpool with direct trains to Birmingham and connections to London.
