Description
REGARDED AS THE LAST REMAINING EXAMPLE THAT IS JET BLACK WITH THE FULL STUNNING RED INTERIOR COMBINATION
This fantastically presented Jensen Interceptor Mk1 has been subject to an extensive 3 year restoration, recently completed. The vehicle is now every bit as good, as when it rolled off the production line in 1969. Finished in Jet Black, it has been the subject of a full bare metal respray, complete interior re-trim and new carpets. The chrome work has all been re-done and a new headlining completes the cosmetic aspect, whilst mechanically a fully rebuilt engine with new pistons, reworked head and a new carburettor. New period style power steering pump. Fully serviced gearbox with all new pipes, reconditioned radiator, reconditioned front axel, petrol tank and new twin stainless steel exhaust system. All the wiring front to back is brand new with new callipers, disks and reconditioned suspension. Installed with electric windows and modern fuse box.
Finally, the brand new Rostyle wheels really do compliment the car and give it the correct period feel. This stunning example also benefits from an original 1969 Motorola 828 converted with
i-phone lead and new rear oval speakers with period style chrome grills. Sold with the original V5 from 1977 and would be a fantastic addition to any collection or for the Jensen enthusiast.
