My Figaro is a joy to drive and I am sad to have to sell it due to the expansion of the ULEZ. It remains a real head turner in my local area. My local garage always comment on what good condition it is in. Vehicle tax runs out on 31/ 10/ 23.
A new battery was fitted on 31/ 3/ 23.
It has regularly sailed through the MOT, with major work only having been needed in the past two years, as follows:
July 2021 - alternator drivebelt replaced;
July 2022 - new exhaust system fitted;
October 2022 - corroded sections of floor sill panels and underbody fabricated and welded.
There are some things for a Figaro enthusiast to work on. There are small spots of rust on the bumpers; there are two areas of rust in the lid of the compartment for the roof to fold into; some condensation does get into the car; there is a very small dent on the back; the CD player has stopped working as has the passenger electric window. I bought my Figaro in May 2012 from Figaro Imports and it has been serviced each year, originally by that company. In recent years it has been serviced annually by a local garage. I have not used it for long distances; I have used it for local trips.
The MOT runs out on 10/ 11/ 23.
