1999 BMW Z3 1. 9 with low miles and 2 owners. Comes with near Full Service History and plenty of receipts.
This lovely example of an pre facelift Z3 has been owned and cherished by the same owner for 23 years before I bought it last summer. It has only covered 41000 miles in that time. The service history is very complete although the previous owner drove the car so few miles that the services were completed every 18 months. I have recently serviced it ready for the Summer blasts!
Overall it presents very well with only a few age related marks. The original "Atlantablau Metallic" paint comes up very well and compliments the tan interior perfectly, this being a desiable colour combination in the 90's. The Interior is immaculate with everything working as it should. No pixelation on the instruments, all electrics working well and no damage or marks to any of the seats or dash etc.
Mechanically very sound as you would expect from such a low mileage. The front calipers have been replaced as well as all discs and pads. Also the troublesome anti roll bar drop links have been replaced! There are also no cracked spot welds in the boot which these cars are known for. This is no rust on the underside of the car and as a precaution waxoil has been applied to keep it that way!
Hood is in very good condition with no leaks or cracks.
The Z3 will come complete with multiple sets of original keys, original owners manual and paperwork as well as a rear screen for when the roof is down (which was a BMW option).
Overall a very nice and original car that will only appreciate in value if cared for correctly and treat its new owner with many miles of driving pleasure! The handling is fantastic and the power more than enough to exploit the fantastic chassis. Unlike the bigger engine cars, you can really push this on the open road without the fear of losing your license!
