I have owned Trophy number 69 for 7 years and it’s been great fun to drive and own.
Since purchased it has only been driven about 16000 miles and I have spared no expense in keeping it in excellent condition. See photos.

The Capsicum Red paintwork is excellent with a few stone chips to the front bumper and bonnet as you would expect. The original Speedline wheels have just been refurbished and look like new.
The car has been detailed inside and out, leaving it looking stunning and ready for the new owner to enjoy over the summer.
The interior of the car is in exceptional condition, with all electronics and controls working as they should. It has the original Recaro Trendline seats, complete with 69 of 500 plaque. No one has smoked in this car in the 7 years of my ownership and I don’t think they had previously either.
• Sachs dampers fully rebuilt, by BG Motorsport at Silverstone in 2016.
• Service completed in September 2022 including oil and filter and all associated belts, dephaser, water pump, tensioner.
• 2 new Toyo Proxes TR1’s to rear and fronts are in good condition.
• Scorpion 192 stainless steel twin exhaust system fitted, as recommended by Harry Metcalfe This sounds superb and really suits the car.
• Powerflex inner / outer ARB bushes and lower gearbox mount fitted.
Short Shift gear lever and Momo carbon fibre gear knob fitted.
Carbon Fibre ITG Maxogen Air Filter fitted 2022.
• Gear box oil changed 2021
• New brake fluid 2022
The oil and filter have been changed annually even though the mileage has been low since I purchased it.
As standard, the Trophy comes, like the Cup, with lower ride height, stiffer springs, air conditioning, cruise control and speed limiter. The Trophy is also as standard 10mm lower at the front with Sachs dampers which include remote reservoirs, Clio V6 spoiler, Recaro Sport Trendline seats, Speedline Corse Turini wheels and slightly less sound deadening meaning it is several kilos lighter than a Cup.

The original cd radio gives surprising good quality sound.
Electric windows and mirrors, cruise control, air conditioning and alarm system.
The engine is in excellent condition and starts first time every time. The Clio Trophy has won many accolades over the years, Pistonheads (best hot hatch of the century) in 2019 and Harry Metcalfe (founder of Evo magazine) claimed it to be the zenith of hot hatches and he still has one in his collection. Evo Magazine also featured it as the best classic hot hatch in recent tests.
