Here is my 2. 8i Ghia X
Restored over 25 years ago at a cost of £6000 which was a massive amount of money back then
I bought it after a 20 year slumber in a dry garage nearly 4 years ago now after she was put in there when a gearbox oil seal went and the previous owner never got around to repairing it, i had it repaired straight away and it’s been perfect ever since
She was a show winning car back then and well known on the Granada scene
Still in beautiful condition which is testament to the restoration quality
There are obviously some very small imperfections here and there but nothing serious at all
She is solid underneath and past the Mot last year with flying colours
Ive done a full service, brakes, wheel cylinders etc the usual recommissioning over the time of my ownership
4 superb TRX tyres with no cracks or perishing
Alloys fully refurbished
Interior is in amazing condition for a 40 year old car as is the headlining and carpets
Engine is silent and smooth just as it should be
Has the most amazing service portfolio I think ive seen with a classic car and only 2 Owners, first owner being a famous Lord

This is not a must sell car, the honest truth is it’s way too nice to sit around the way it does and should be being enjoyed, I have 3 other Granadas and have recently bought a Granada Sapphire which will be taking up my attention so I’ve decided to put this one up for sale

Took her to Knebworth last year for the 50th year anniversary of the Ford Granada, a 250 mile round trip without fault, this was the point when the old girl’s mileage counter reset to all the zeros as she hit 100, 000 miles, quite a moment to be honest!
