Description
This is a beautiful air cooled 1979 Devon pop top, its the last year of the real baywindow vans, and benefits from a 2. 0 litre air cooled engine. It was fitted with a twin choke Weber conversion before my ownership, but as it runs so well on it, I’ve never felt the need to change it back to dual carbs……capable of motorway speeds, although I’m happy to sit at 55-60 while still keeping the revs (there is a very expensive ‘stack’ Rev counter fitted in the spare blank on the dash) below 3500, as that is the optimum for engine efficiency and cooling… bodywork is in great shape , the fridge and sink have been removed but the stove is still in place , interior is in good condition. Comes with full van cover.
