Beautiful 1968 VW Karmann Ghia coupe, LHD, in her original, one-year-only Regatta Blue colour. 1500cc engine.
Imported from Bakersfield, California in 200– the driest state of them all – this coupe had been kept on a US air-force base and driven regularly. Arrived looking a bit shabby but with great bodywork and mechanics.
Fully documented, body-off restoration and professional respray. Restored to her original spec.

I have left the towel rail bumpers with their patina including trace of the original USAF stickers.
Comes with 2x full key sets, plenty of receipts and comprehensive photos of the restoration work, plus her birth certificate from the VW automuseum in Wolfsburg.
Comes complete with the original, full-colour sales brochure from 1968.
