Superb provenance with lots of bills (all in a folder) and original purchase invoice and all the books etc. which backs up the overall condition. In 2021 the car had various jobs completed by 'Red R Performance (S2000 specialists) to ensure it remains in tip-top condition and the gearbox and axle have had synthetic 'purple' oil fitted.
The cherished plate 'S2000 CV', will stay with the car and is worth £1, 350+.
The car drives, performs and goes as designed with all 236bhp working well and of course being a Honda it is 100% reliable! Importantly it is also relaxing, very smooth, not one rattle (delightful 6 speed gearbox) but thrilling when you want it to be….. the ultimate 'modern classic'.
The car was magazine featured in Jan 2022 - the write up said “excellent car – one to buy - and a sure-fire investment”.
For Sale but I could well be tempted to swap/ PX for a (very good) Cortina Mk1 or Mk2 resto-mod or a mint Cortina 1600e i. e., this car plus cash (W. H. Y?).
Look at Autotrader and there are many S2000’s over £24, 000 (good low mileage, original ones like this, are now very rare). Therefore, for a superb S2000, in everyway, this must be a great buy and once viewed the condition of the car speaks for itself?
