Description
1960 RHD Karmann Ghia. I’d say it’s a rolling resto.
Good bits:
Drives and stops well. Engine starts first turn of the key. New interior. Empi steering wheel. Floor pans are really good (50p sized hole in drivers rear footwell) heater channels seem solid. New tyres. Powder coated wheels. Lowered with narrowed beam.
Bad bits:
Bodywork tidy but bubbling in certain areas. (Not sills) paint is just ok. Tidy at best. Pop out windows and new seals need fitting. ( 95 per cents of parts there to do so)
Cool looking little car which started its days in South Africa but now fully registered in the UK. Anyone who knows there Ghias understands there shortage of genuine RHD models. And on top of that it’s early. Work to be done but got good bones and potential.
Many thanks
