1998 BMW 318is M-Tech Coupe
This is a truly remarkable example of the ever so popular and valuable BMW 318is aka the 'Baby M3' which is presented in Diamond Schwartz and features a half black leather / half cloth interior.
The paintwork is excellent. As you can see from the photos the car looks fantastic. We have just had the vehicle professionally polished which has highlighted just how well this example has been looked after by its 3 and only owners with the last owner basically owning the vehicle is whole life since 19/ 01/ 2001! The vehicle is still displaying the original supplying dealer number plates along with the rear window sticker!
The half leather / cloth interior is also in outstanding condition with no very minor crazing on the drivers bolster showing its true originality. All of the carpets, trim and other seats are in fantastic condition. All of the switch gear, steering wheel, gear lever etc look and feel great too. The E36 was just a brilliantly designed car and everything is just where you want it on the inside.
This example has been extremely well maintained boasting a full service history with no less than 22 service stamps in the book... 21 of which are from a BMW main dealer! All of the original hand books are present along with a full tool kit and unopened first aid kit also. We have just MOTd the vehicle ready for its new owner and its just as clean underneath too.
The E36 models are really starting to climb in value now and I believe that this will prove to be a sound investment for the next owner. You also don't see loads of 318is on the market compared to the 328 and M3. I've driven all of these models and I love the 318is.
