Porsche 968 Cabriolet with 6 speed manual transmission, this vehicle comes with a non-standard factory paint finish in Amethyst metallic with matching electric roof and tonnau cover. The car has the following options: immobiliser, central locking, electric windows, seat adjustment and mirrors. Also the car is fitted with 17 inch alloy wheels with recently fitted Continental sports tyres. The interior is grey leather and the seats are piped in Amethyst, the interior has very little signs of any wear considering the age of the vehicle, which can be seen in the photos. The service records show 14 stamps listed below, and is due to be serviced and MOT'd in the coming weeks, also there are MOT's dating back to 2003 which indicates the mileage is correct. The car is fitted with an after market wind deflector which fits into the existing openings. The registration documents show 7 keepers but the history indicates that at least two of these were actual plate changes and ONE IN PARTICULAR HAD THE VEHICLE FOR fourteen years. I purchased the car from Hagley Specialist cars back in 2020 and my only reason for selling it now is that age is catching up with me.

Update Today 4th July 2023, I have had the CAR SERVICED and COOLANT REPLACED and MOT'd UNTIL 4TH JULY 2024.
This car is in regular use so the mileage will change. I purchased the Porsche 968 after selling my 964 as I had owned four 911 and I felt that my reactions were not quite as sharp as they used to be. The Trans Axle driving configuration was a little more friendly than the 911's. Since owning this 968 I do enjoy driving it as the performance and handling is great.
I am reluctant to sell the car but my slower reactions are not getting any better. However this is a great car for touring with a good size boot and a more comfortable ride suits my wife and I. As you can tell we only take the car out in dry weather and my mechanic did a detailed inspection and could find no concerns with the car . I have been a member of the Porsche Club for some years and when I turned up at an event with the 968 I received a lot of favourable comments and it had special mention in the clubs section.
