Here I have for sale my 1999 Jaguar S-type. This particular model is the 4. 0L V8 automatic, not to be confused with the lesser powered 3. 0 & 2. 5L V6’s or the higher running cost type R.
Having owned this car for nearly three years it’s time for a change to a manual vehicle for personal reasons.
Used as a second car for high days and holidays, with just over 35, 000 miles on the clock, having only covered 7000 miles in my ownership.
Brought with minimal services history, but since in my care has had various small jobs and full service including coolant change, at Jaguar specialist, Jagutek, Ely.
Interior in very nice condition and everything works as it should. Minimal bolster wear on drivers seat otherwise you’ll have trouble faulting the interior. Also sold with second set of unused tailored rubber over matts.
Exterior has the odd mark here and there in line with the age of the car, after all it is 24 years old, being first registered 01/ 09/ 1999.
Four new Pirelli tyres fitted 6000 miles ago, so plenty of life left in them. Air conditioning re gassed and tested, this is now ice cold.
Car still has original leather wallet, operating manual, tool kit and 2x keys and alarm fobs.
Open to sensible close offers, but I would say come and have a look round, drive the car, nice cup of tea and a chin wag ……. then make your mind.
As of today, has an MOT until 24 July 2024!
