I purchased this in Sept 2019 as a restoration project. The engine was partially dismantled and the owner was too ill to complete. Work carried out by myself; recent engine rebuild: rebore, piston rings, valve/ valve seats, guides, springs, reconditioned carb. Added 12 volt ignition. Wheels rebuilt stainless steel spokes. New tyres, brake shoes, fork seals. Many new replacement screws/ bolts etc.
The bike starts easily and runs nice. Some of the paint is not so good (frame possibly original paint) but overall good for age as shown in pictures. The side/ main stand are not original, modern replacements used.
The vehicle is classed as historical and the registration number is non transferable. Reluctant sale due to my age.
