I started this project with a friend last year, unfortunately neither of us have the time to finish it, so looking to pass it onto somebody who can.
It’s a classic 1969 Austin minivan, originally in Snowberry White. We have the V5 logbook, and heritage certificate which will both be passed on to the buyer. Unfortunately history is very limited.
All of the welding on this van has been done, the following panels have been replaced to a very high standard:
- 2 front wings and front panel
- 2 floor pans and outer sills
- 2 door step panels
- Rear Valance (inner and outer)
- Rear subframe floor panel
- Windscreen scuttle panel
- Roof Vent re-cut and installed
- 2 new rear quarter panels
- 1 door outer skin
The remaining paint on the doors needs to be stripped, as does the paint on the inside of the van. Outside of the Van is bare metal with a thin layer of spray primer applied to prevent rust in a cold workshop.
Next step would be transferring to a paint shop for full primer, sand and paint, then re-assembly.
There is no engine or gearbox with the van, the correct parts can easily be sourced (magic wand gearbox if going original) or fit what you like.

I’m asking £6995 which I think it fair, given the amount of metalwork that’s gone into this van, and the potential value when finished.
