Possibility of transport and delivery also in non-EU countries, subject to separate agreement regarding time, conditions and costs. In the case of buyers residing abroad, please inquire in advance about the modalities and procedures for registering the vehicle in your country. The European certificate of conformity, if required and available, is subject to payment. Inadvertent errors or inaccuracies in the description of the characteristics of the vehicle or the price displayed may occur due to transcriptions or misprints; this information does not in any way represent a contractual commitment and therefore, please check the specific characteristics of the vehicle by contacting the seller. As these are historic vehicles several years old from the date of manufacture, the company shall not be liable for any missing or non-conformity of parts or components with respect to the original production and homologation characteristics. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to carry out the necessary checks. The transfer of ownership, deed of sale or deregistration for export shall take place only 15 days after receipt of the vehicle if there are no objections, or upon receipt or collection of the vehicle if the seller declares unreserved acceptance of the vehicle, corresponding to his expectations.
