2000 MV Agusta F4 750S
Here for sale is my MV Agusta F4 750S in red and silver. The bike has covered only 5, 195 miles from new and was first registered on 11/ 07/ 2000. I have owned this bike from November 2012 and I am the forth owner.
The bike is in very good condition for it's age and mileage with one stone chip on the headlight fairing which can be seen in the video.
The bike is recorded as a Category D write off. The accident happened in January 2004 when the owner slid off the bike after pulling out of a junction near his home. As he was moving abroad he wanted a quick pay-out from the insurance company so it was recorded as a Cat D for minor panel damage and scratches to bodywork. The third owner did most of the repairs and replaced all of the damaged panels etc. I have photographs of the damaged bike.
Since buying the bike, I have carried out the following work:
1. Radiator support bracket fitted (known weak point).
2. DNA air filter and Power Commander III fitted and dyno mapped.
3. Rear carbon fibre hugger.
4. Front wheel replaced last year (small dent in the rim of the old one).
5. Rear wheel replaced due to large scratches and gouges.
6. Second hand engine fitted, oil and filter changed.
7. New front and rear tyres fitted last July (have done less than 200 miles).
8. New battery fitted last April.
Over the years I noticed small shiny metallic parts in the engine oil when I was carrying out the annual oil and filter change. I didn’t get this analysed but just replaced the engine with a low mileage second hand one in July last year. This engine had only done about 11, 000 miles and came out of a 2002 MV Agusta F4 750 Ago Limited Edition (serial number 176/ 300).
The bike comes with original owners handbook and toolkit along with various manuals and info on a DVD, 2 keys and all receipts for work carried out and parts bought along with the original MV Agusta rear paddock stand.
There are some spare parts that come with the bike.
HPI clear and V5 in my name. Bike is located near Machynlleth in Mid-Wales.
Mechanically sound and in very good all round condition.
MoT expires on 22/ 05/ 2024.
Price £8, 000. This is probably the cheapest F4 I have seen on the internet.
