For sale is my 1 previous owner 206 Roland Garros with 52, 248 miles.
Extensive dealership history including the original receipt for the vehicle. I cannot find any service history, however have many receipts from the dealership, even for items such as genuine Peugeot window wipers and fitting.
The car runs superbly, quiet and smooth to drive with light controls and power steering as standard. As it is a 1. 6 in a small car it easily keeps up with modern traffic and drives great on the motorway. Comfortable too with the lovely Roland Garros unique interior. The electric opening blind fully retracted allowing light in from the the panoramic roof is a nice touch.
Exterior:
This is the cars downfall. I have tried to take images that best highlight the previous owners venture in DIY bodywork. Walking past at a glance in certain light may take your eye off it however if you do look, previous scrapes and unfortunately dents are clearly apparent. It looks to have been parking issue damage from the pilot of the car more so than crashes/ accidents.
I intended on having both sides painting and giving this to my Grandfather however circumstances have changed and he is currently keeping his lingering 1. 1 litre 206.
With the sides painted and some new number plates the car will look brilliant. The underside is fantastic for a 23year old 206 as can be seen from my not-so-professional photos (More images available, can also see the carandclassic advert for this vehicle too). No rot anywhere. The downside being the surface of the rear axle beam, although refurbished items can be easily obtained.
Interior:
As can be expected from the mileage, the interior is in fantastic condition. Certainly looks to have been looked after, only showing signs or true wear on the drivers seat and drivers door card. The signature green and cream seats are comfortable and clean along with the carpets and green floor mats! Again another lovely Roland Garros attribute. Front and rear electric windows, climate control, previously mentioned electric roof blind, air-conditioning, auto wipers, electric folding mirrors and other high-spec amenities surprisingly fitted to this car.
Please see the images which will hopefully be good enough quality to give you a clear picture of the condition of this 206. I have taken an image of the original receipt and the documents I have for the vehicle. Tyre condition is good if not excellent. Only 3 out of the four optional extra dealer fitted mud flaps are still on the car, and unfortunately another option was headlight protectors which I have not been able to get a hold of since having the vehicle.
I will add to this if I think of anything else along with answers to any questions I receive.
