Selling this R100RT for my Dad. Lots of it in is in really good condition but there is a bit of patina from real world use, see photos.

Engine & gearbox are fantastic, my first impression of this bike was how good an airhead this one is. I'm confident your first impression will be there same
Tyres have very little wear (Bridgestone BT045).
Recent service and all new throttle cables.
Mostly original bike.

BAD BITS
Front brake is a little soft for my liking. I've replaced the master cylinder which improved it a bit but I feel there is more that can be done. Upper brake hose is very old so there might be your culprit.
Little bits of corrosion and furring here and there but nothing that can't be fixed with a polish or dab of hammerite
