1979 Volkswagen T2 Westfalia Continental Camper Van 1600cc Right Hand Drive. Titian Red and White with matching upholstery. This stunning camper was purchased from VW Kampers Ltd in 2014 fresh from restoration and still presents beautifully today. Regrettably has only been sold as the children have got bigger and the family have outgrown the Camper. Having covered just 39000 miles since the rebuild the VW is ready for some new adventures. Lots of work was carried out by VW Kampers and their original invoice is still in the history file as well as photographs of the work carried out. This included a new 1600cc Twin Port engine. Satnav head unit and speakers. 240v Hook Up. Leisure battery. New curtains. White wall inserts. Alloy side step. Fire extinguishers in engine bay and cab. New seat belts throughout. 12v feed in front and rear. Mad Matz charcoal front carpet set. The seats and beds were re-trimmed and are to the original specification. The pop top was renewed and operates correctly, providing a sleeping compartment for one adult. All original Westfalia components are still present and in good condition. An outdoor cover finishes off the complete package. It also with a cabin hammock, electric coolbox and twin hob induction plate. The van Runs and drives really nicely. My boys and I have been all over the country in this van and have enjoyed every second of it. It comfortably sleeps the three of us with room for another adult or child. The van really needs to be seen to be appreciated, it is a real head turner and a wonderful addition to any family who want to travel around and experience the amazing sites this (and other) country has to offer.
