1982 Honda CX500 fresh extensive rebuild/ restoration:
- Full engine rebuilt, inc all seals and gasket replaced
- Custom Hardtail rear frame section, welded on, shot blasted and powder coated
- Engine fully re-painted, all new gaskets and seals
- Carbs stripped cleaned, re-built with new jets and seals and intake trumpets
- Forks fully stripped, shot blasted, powder coated and rebuilt with new seals, boots and oil
- Wheels shot blasted, powder coated with new tyres and inner tubes
- Front Calipers stripped, powder coated, rebuilt with new seals and pistons including VenHill braided stainless lines and modern master cylinder
- Custom made Bobber seat base
- Full LED lighting, custom wiring loom, fuse box (in Jack Daniels tin), gel battery in battery box
- GPS speedo
- Clip on style bars with quick action throttle
- Fuel tank sealed and painted metallic black
- Custom Exhausts - Loud
All nuts/ bolts and fixings replaced with stainless and titanium.
MOT and Tax exempt being 40+ years old.
Fully serviced, engine oil and filter, brake fluid, coolant, rear diff oil, fork oil, spark plugs and uprated coils.
