1969 Pontiac Firebird with 2002 5. 3L, V8, LS2 motor fitted with 590 lift roller cam, upgraded injectors, tuned by Texas speed. Coupled to 4L60E transmission with a 2500 stall converter. It has 9 bolt rear end from a 89 transam. Fitted with 4 wheel power disc brakes, 3” dual exhaust all the way through, power steering, sequential rear lights, braided brake hoses, etc. I bought this car back in 2018 from Florida and it has just been sat in my garage and I have only done about 30 miles in it. Most of them have been in the last couple of months. The guy I bought it of was a mechanic and had owned this Pontiac for about 20 years. The first 10 he used it for the drag strip so the rear end is tubbed out but. He then decided he wanted it back as a road going car so it now has a normal width back axle but the car is still tubed on the rear. Over the years he replaced a lot of the body panels so it has new rear quarter panels, doors, front wings, etc so the car is totally rust free except the boot lid that has a bit of bubbling. There are a few bits to do on the car like the interior blower doesn’t work. There are no windscreen wipers ( don’t ask why as I don’t know it was like this when I bought it ). The interior is all there however it could do with a bit of tidying up. But besides all this it is an awesome driving and looking car that sounds fantastic and there is loads more that I haven’t listed. The alloy wheels are staggered 8x17 front and 9x17 rears.
