Superb Yamaha Thundercat YZF600R.
First registered in 1996 and imported from Germany in 2002.
Low mileage of 44, 880km which converts to approx 27, 500 miles.
Mot to 29th May 2024.
Double bubble, tinted screen.
Just serviced including new battery fitted.
I have owned this Thundercat for 10 years and in that time have always kept it covered in a dry, carpeted garage and only used it in dry summer weather.
Superb roadholding, handling and performance.
You only need to look at the photos to see that it's in great condition.
Only selling due to health issues so will be sad to see it go.
Hoping that the next owner will look after and enjoy this beautiful, now classic, sports motorcycle, as much as I have.
Located near Stansted Airport. Purchased from a friend 10 years ago.
After not riding a bike for several years the moment I saw it, I thought how fantastic it looked and sounded and just fell in love with it, so when he told me that he wanted to change it for a Kawasaki ZX6R Ninja, I asked for first refusal... and never looked back.
I had a ride on the Ninja a few months later and found it to be uncomfortable to ride and in comparison to my Thundercat, well there wasn't any !
Strangely enough, he didn't keep the Ninja for very long !!
To be honest, I cannot praise the Thundercat enough.
Apparently the engines are pretty much bullet proof and at 27 years of age this bike still pulls like a trooper !
