I am selling my Land Rover 90, after a three year ground up rebuild. The plan was to keep it, but am now looking to build a camper van, which will have more practical value.
I have owned the 90 for seven years. I bought it with a 19J engine in, which I quickly replaced with a 300tdi. During lockdown I decided to give it a refresh, and three years later it has turned into this.
There is a full spec sheet on two of the pictures, but the basic spec is as follows:
2004 204hp M57 engine with stage 2 remap to 290hp
BMW ZF 6sp manual gearbox
All conversion parts supplied by Wiseman's Engineering Ltd, including the 3" stainless exhaust, HD clutch and cooling pack.
Airlift 3H self levelling air suspension kit
Ministry of Defender Puma style dashboard
Exmoor trim genuine (not faux) leather interior seats, gear and handbrake gaiters.
Central locking, electric windows, heated seats, heated mirrors, heated FRONT and back windows.
Dodo mat sound proofing throughout the interior, and an insulated rubber floor mat as well.
Front wings are all genuine LR new panels, all three doors are Steve Parker galvanised steel.
Paint is a bronze and root beer mix pearlescent, with epoxy primer undercoat and high solids lacquer.
Nearly all of the fixings are new stainless steel.
This has been built to a very high standard, and drives superbly. Very smooth and quiet with plenty of power.
