Here for sale is my Mercedes 190e 2. 0L Auto. Mot - 1st December 2023. Miles 144k (possibly will rise until sale)
I have only had this car a few months and having to reluctantly sell it due to home heating breakdown.
Bad Points
• Paintwork in average to poor condition for the age. Mainly bonnet and spoiler.
• Can be temperamental starting when cold, when warm will start first turn.
• Had a new NSR wheel bearing, annoyingly shortly after similar noise has started at rear and ABS light came back on so will probably be the OSR.
• Rear door cards are in poor condition so would benefit from being replaced. (Will possibly come with spares).
Good points -
• The car has had plenty of money spent on it over the years and plenty of paperwork.
• Interior is pretty clean for its age.
• Very original car, hasn't been modified or messed with.
• Original alloy wheels with 4 good tyres, with original spare.
• Has been enthusiast owned all its life with the last owner having the car over 15 years.
• Drives very well, auto box changes smoothly as it should and engine is very healthy and pulls well. Has been very reliable in my short ownership.
In summary a very honest original car that I had full intentions of enjoying / restoring as I go but with my boiler deciding it was not wanting to work another winter is not ideal.
The car does get plenty of attention wherever it goes as you dont see many of them around anymore.
